DeMolay International is a United States nonprofit corporation, and DeMolay Canada, Inc. is a Canadian nonprofit corporation, operated by its own Board of Directors. For the purposes of corporate governance, the members of DeMolay Canada, Inc., are not members of DeMolay International.
